Products

Wüsthof's main products are kitchen knives, which are characterised by their sharpness, balance and durability. The range includes a wide variety of knives, from universal kitchen knives to specialised knives such as filleting knives, pastry knives or vegetable knives.

Wüsthof uses high quality stainless steel that is hardened to optimum hardness, usually around 58 HRC (Rockwell Hardness Scale). Knives are often made using Precision Edge Technology (PEtec), which ensures that the blades are extremely sharp and long lasting.

Design and ergonomics

The design of Wüsthof knives is designed with ergonomics and comfort in use in mind. The handles are carefully shaped to fit well in the hand and allow safe and efficient handling of the knife. The handles are often made of high quality materials such as polyoxymethylene (POM), which is resistant to moisture and mechanical damage.
