Warranty period:

The 1 + 10 year warranty offers a level of assistance and protection for a total of eleven years of product ownership. Products covered by this program will be visibly marked with a "1 + 10 warranty" tag .

Products covered by the Global 1 + 10 Warranty are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ten years from the date of original purchase. Should such a defect occur within this warranty period, we will, at our sole discretion, either repair your product free of charge or replace it with an identical or equivalent model, if applicable.

This warranty is non-transferable and does not cover minor cosmetic defects, normal wear and tear, damage due to neglect, abuse, unauthorized repair or mishandling, damage from common carrier, denial of use, loss of time or damage to the contents of your luggage. The cost of sending the product to our repair facility is the responsibility of the owner. In order to verify the validity of your warranty, you must present your original purchase receipt showing the date of purchase from an authorized dealer. Any repairs made will restore the specified functions. Although repairs will be professionally performed, we cannot guarantee the original appearance will be maintained. This warranty provides you with certain statutory rights. In addition, you may have other rights that vary from state to state or country to country.
