With the new brand and the new BAUHAUS watches, we celebrate the integration of the BAUHAUS building of the former VEB Uhrenwerke Ruhla and the watch assembly plant there in Ruhla, Thuringia, into our family business.
The building, where our ZEPPELIN and RUHLA watch brands have been manufactured for decades, was built in 1929 in the BAUHAUS style according to the designs of the famous Jena Schreiter & Schlag architectural firm and is today considered one of the most important cultural monuments in Ruhla.
