How can I order?
Placing an order at meetBRAND is easy. After you place the goods in your cart, choose to continue. Here you can create a user account or continue without registration. Please fill in your billing information, payment method, and complete your order.
How do I create an account?
Registering your account is easy. Click Registration in the top right corner. Please fill in all required details and confirm your registration. You will then receive a confirmation email and your account is created.
Do I receive an order confirmation?
When you finish the order, we will send you an email confirmation of its successful completion, including all details. You can also find all your orders in your customer account.
Can I change the order after it is sent?
Once the order is complete, it is no longer possible to make any further changes.
Where can I apply my discount coupon?
You will apply the coupon in your shopping cart before proceeding with the order.
When and how do I get an invoice for the ordered goods?
The invoice will be sent to you by e-mail immediately after you send the goods. Customers with an established user account can find the invoice on the Orders tab, invoices.
How do I know the correct size of the item?
For each item, you will find a table of sizes specified by the goods manufacturer. If you are still unsure about your size, please contact us at email@example.com
What are the shipping options?
All transport to the Czech Republic is free of charge. To other countries, its price is charged according to a country-specific price list. For transport, we use DPD logistics partners, Czech Post and DHL.
In which countries do you deliver goods?
Outside the Czech Republic, we deliver to 22 other European countries and the USA. For more information, see our shipping prices .
Is the item in stock and what are the delivery times?
All goods are in stock. We also use our partnerships to maximize warehouse items. The delivery times range from 2 to 7 days and the selected delivery country. The individual delivery times may vary according to the ordered product.
Can I receive ordered goods in multiple shipments?
Yes. But only in exceptional cases. The reason will always be the same, ensuring the delivery of your goods as quickly as possible.
What types of payments can I choose?
You choose your payment method before completing your order. Depending on your chosen goods and a delivery state, you can choose from the following options. Payment by credit card using the GoPay payment gateway, bank transfer or cash on delivery.
Is meetySHOP payment Safe?
Yes. Payment security has the highest priority for us. Once you have placed your order, you are redirected to the secure payment gateway of the bank to enter your payment information. We use the most up-to-date 3D-Secure solution for card payment on the Internet to accept your payment card.
How can I track my order?
We will send you by e-mail all the details regarding your order, including a link for tracking a particular shipment.
Can I pick up the goods personally?
Yes, the goods can be picked up personally at our brick and mortar store Na Poříčí 1055/44, 110 00 Praha 1. If necessary, one of the 525 dispensing points of Uloženka logistic service can be used.
How can I return the purchased goods?
It is very easy. If you have a customer account, please fill out the Withdrawal Form directly on the Returns tab or download it at our stands at www.meetyshop.com/page/guaranty . Please send this form to e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org. Or send it together when you physically return the goods.
In what condition must the goods be returned?
Sent items may not be used or show signs of wear, pollution or damage. The goods must be returned in the original packaging, ie in the original packaging, with all the labels, documents and certificates from the manufacturer and the seller.
How can I claim my purchased goods?
In your customer account, use the My Claims section. You can also download the complaint log on our website www.meetyshop.com/page/guaranty . Please fill in and send it to e-mail address email@example.com. You can also send a form together with physically claimed goods.

When and how do I get my money back?
After taking over and checking the goods, we will do our best to return your funds back as quickly as possible and in the way you made the payment. As a rule, this will not exceed 14 days.
