Simple complaint procedure
It's very easy, if you have an account with us, just login and use the My Complaints and Returns section or click on the attached Complaints Report and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org including identification to confirm that you purchased the item from us.
SEND THE GOODS
Subsequently, send the goods to the service address, where the claim will be assessed and settled within the statutory claim periods.

We have 30 days to deal with a consumer complaint. This period runs if we have all the supporting documents from you. However, we will usually deal with the claim much sooner.
The terms and conditions in the case of a complaint by a buyer who is not a consumer can be found in complaints procedure and in GTC.
Need to return goods?
If the purchased goods do not suit you, you can return them within 14 days.
Log in to My Complaints and Returns or use Withdrawal Form.
Please return the goods unused and in their original condition.

Send the goods in the original packaging with all labels and tags from the manufacturer, completed form and a copy of the proof of purchase to:

We will refund your money to your account after the package arrives.
If everything is in order, we will make the payment within 14 working days.
