SIMPLE WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS

COMPLAINT FORM
It's very easy if you have an account with us, just log in and use the My Claims and Returns section or click on the attached Complaint Form and send it to the email address servis@meetybrand.com, including the identification that confirms that you have purchased the goods with us.

RETURN THE GOODS
Subsequently, send the goods to the service address, where the claim will be assessed and dealt with at the statutory claim time.

COMPLAINT HANDLING
As part of a consumer complaint, we have 30 days to complete it. This deadline starts if we have all the materials from you. However, we usually deal with complaints much faster.
The terms of the claim for a non-consumer can be found in Complaints Procedure and in the Conditions and Terms.

RETURNING GOODS
If the purchased goods do not suit you, you can return them within 14 days.
Sign-in and proceed to the section My Claims and Returns or use the Withdrawal Form.
Please return the goods unused and in their original state.

ADDRESS FOR RETURNING GOODS
Send the goods in the original package with all labels from the manufacturer, filled in form and with a copy of the purchase receipt to:

REFUNDING
The money will be refunded to you after the package arrives.
If everything is OK, we'll pay within 14 business days.
