Step by step
1. Fill out the complaint form
It is very simple. First, select whether you want to return the order or if it is a complaint. Then click on the online form below to either or Return order or Claim warranty and choose the language that will guide you through the process.
2. Dispatch of goods
Subsequently, pack the goods thoroughly and send them in the original packaging with all labels and tags from the manufacturer to the contact address where the complaint or return will be assessed and processed within the statutory time limits

3. Processing a return or claim
For consumer orders, we have current statutory time limits for processing a specific case. The time limit applies if we have all the relevant documents from you. In most cases, we will process a return or claim much sooner.

Fill out the online form Return Order or Claim Order. Subsequently, pack the goods thoroughly and send them to the contact address where the complaint or return will be assessed and processed within the legal deadlines. You will receive information on the current status and handling of your particular case by email and information on how to proceed.
Your complaint will be processed within 30 days from the date of delivery of the claimed goods to our warehouse.
Please check the delivered goods carefully when collecting them from the carrier.
Do not accept a shipment that shows signs of damage.
If the goods are damaged, despite the packaging being in order, you should inform our customer service team as soon as possible and they will help you resolve the issue.
